Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment for the same service

  • Payment made but the ad or feature was not activated

  • Technical error caused by the platform

  • Unauthorized transaction reported within 48 hours

All refund requests will be reviewed before approval.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Ad removed for violating platform rules

  • Low response or no leads from the ad

  • Incorrect ad details entered by the user

  • Subscription already started or used


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

  1. Email the support team within 5 days of payment

  2. Provide:

    • Registered email address

    • Payment receipt or transaction ID

    • Reason for refund request
