These Advertiser Terms apply to all Business Sellers, Professionals, and Advertisers who promote products or services on Canada Telugu Classifieds ("Platform", "Website", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing or posting any paid advertisement, you agree to the terms below.

1  Who Is an Advertiser?

An Advertiser is any individual or business that:

·         Promotes services or professional offerings

·         Generates ongoing income through ads

·         Uses business names, logos, branding, or websites

Examples: Realtors, mortgage agents, home services, IT & phone repair, tutors, immigration consultants, trucking, and other service providers.

2  Paid Listings Requirement

·         All advertisers must use a paid Business Listing Plan.

·         Free ads are not permitted for business or service promotion.

·         Pricing and features are displayed on the Pricing Page and may change without notice.

3 Ad Content Rules

Advertisers agree that:

·         All information must be accurate, truthful, and legal.

·         Ads must clearly represent the services offered.

·         Misleading claims, guarantees, or false pricing are prohibited.

·         Ads must be posted in the correct category and city.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove ads that violate these rules.

4   Payments & Billing

·         Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

·         All fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

·         Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

·         Advertisers are responsible for applicable taxes (GST/HST).

5    Ad Placement & Visibility

·         Ad placement depends on the selected plan and availability.

·         Featured, Top, or Banner ads may rotate to ensure fair exposure.

·         Visibility is not guaranteed and depends on user search behavior.

6     No Guarantee of Leads or Sales

·         We do not guarantee inquiries, leads, conversions, or sales.

·         Payment covers advertising space and visibility only.

7   Prohibited Advertising

Advertisers may NOT promote:

·         Illegal products or services

·         Fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related offers

·         Adult, sexual, or explicit services

·         Hate, harassment, or discriminatory content

·         Fake documents or impersonation

Violations may result in immediate ad removal or account suspension without refund.

8   Account Use & Fair Practices

·         One account per business is permitted.

·         Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

·         Attempting to bypass fees or limits may result in suspension.

9   Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

·         Suspend or terminate advertiser accounts

·         Remove ads without prior notice

·         Refuse service to any advertiser who harms the platform or users

All administrative decisions are final.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

·         We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes between users and advertisers.

·         Advertisers agree to indemnify the platform against claims arising from their ads or services.

·         Continued advertising on the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
